J's update

HAPE = High Altitude Pulmonary Edema, treatable with Viagra. Not that I hope he gets HAPE, but if he doesn't use the Viagra on the mountain, I'm in for it when he gets home ;)

AMS = Acute Mountain Sickness. J said the guy who was throwing up finally was able to keep food down yesterday. I hope he's doing better.

By the way, the mashed potato, cubed ham, and beef that J's eating are all Shelf Reliance THRIVE food, purchased and packaged with love by yours truly. It's saving his life up there. So there's my little plug. :)
